THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PLANT, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE PROJECT. THE WORK INCLUDES INSTALLING AN INTERIOR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM AND RECONFIGURING THE INTERIOR WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION, A NEW FLOOR SLAB, AND STEEL-FRAMED, REINFORCED MASONRY WALLS. THE PROJECT ALSO INVOLVES REPAIRING THE ROOF AND UTILITIES AS NEEDED. EXTERIOR WORK CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTING ACCESS PAVEMENTS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR UTILITIES, FIRE PROTECTION, AND COMMUNICATIONS.
