Solicitation for the 14 Weapons Squadron Audio/Visual Refresh, please view the solicitation document and its attachments for all applicable details. There is a mandatory site visit for this solicitation on 24 June 2026 at 0900 CDT. View the Site Visit Instructions in Section L of the Solicitation for all details on how to attend. Quotes received for contractors that did not attend the site visit will be excluded. All questions are due 26 June 2026 at 1100 CDT. All quotes are due 6 July 2026 at 1100 CDT. The evaluation factors for award are Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In accordance with (IAW) the solicitation instructions, please provide a price break-down in your quote, and a technical capability narrative that demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and responsibilities IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).
