This solicitation is intended to create a pool of General Contractors approved to perform General Contracting for construction services not to exceed $500,000. Washington County is seeking General Contractor Services for building construction on an on-call basis. The work will involve remodeling, demolition, upgrades, new construction and rehabilitation of County owned andf/or leased properties. This will be a broad scope contract involving the supply of any needed trade, material, coordination, technical expertise or requested construction labor, materials, equipment or services. Proposers responding to this solicitation must be capable of performing the work described. Facilities coordinates and provides oversight of project activities with consultants and contractors and while precise scope of work will vary for each project, services may include but are not limited to what is included within this solicitation.
