What this contract is for

The Contractor shall provide comprehensive transportation and handling services for the US Embassy Muscat, Oman Diplomatic Pouch Mail (DPM). The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, storage charges if any and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the American Embassy in Muscat. The purpose of this acquisition is to secure a reliable, secure, and efficient service provider to manage the movement of all inbound and outbound diplomatic pouch mail, and mail. The vendor shall provide all necessary local and international documents to include, but not limited to air waybills, bills of landing, airline fuel tax adjustments, etc. The vendor shall accept, ship, receive, trans-ship, release, and transport via air all USG inbound and outbound DPM parcels and mail.
