The Michigan Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract forservices, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of comprehensive HVAC upgrades for Hanger 9 and Building 304. This involves the replacement of existing 50 Ton DX in Hangar 9 and 85 Ton Chiller and Pumps at B304. The contractor will handle everything from demolition and removal of the old units to the installation, commissioning, and integration of the new systems with the existing digital controls. The work will be performed over 365 days while the building remains occupied and operational, requiring careful coordination for utility shutdowns and access to secure areas at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045.All questions or requests for information will be posted to this pre-solicitation notice or incorporated into the solicitation when released.
