DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract. The project work consists of maintenance dredging Palm Beach Harbor within the Entrance Channel, Settling Basin, Extended Settling Basin, and the Expanded Settling Basin. All material must be placed in the Nearshore Placement Area, which is located immediately south of the inlet. Incidental work includes, but is not limited to environmental and water quality monitoring. A pre-bid site visit will be held on Thursday, 30 July 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT. Refer to Site Visit in Section 00 73 00 of the Specifications for additional details regarding location and registration instructions. A pre-bid conference will also be held virtually on Friday, 31 July 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.
