What this contract is for
Install a 100 XC 50 Storage Facility for the USDA APHIS FO AEO (Aircraft & Equipment Operations) located at the Moore AFB, Edinburg, TX 78541 POC: Erick Plamann, Contract Specialist, [email protected] Install a new 100 L X 50 W Butler Type storage building that is partially inventoried, materials complete, on site, and government furnished. The new, weathered, existing, and unassembled government furnished Butler Type building needs to be modified to meet the end users need. The original engineer stamped plans are designed to half covered and half open walls. The USDAs intention is to have the existing government furnished building be completely covered on all wall sides of the building. Modifications will have to be made to the original design to accomplish the request build. Structural metal will have to be repurposed, moved, or added to accomplish the build. More buildings wall siding, building structural steel, and access doors will be added to the new building. Utilities will be factored in the new building installation. Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 NAICS Code: 332311 This is being solicited 100% Small Business This procurement has been issued priority rating authority under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) regulation (15 C.F.R.part 700) for contracts and orders for the construction and operation of New World Screwworm (NWS) requirements, and is authorized to use the DX-H8 priority rating on its contracts and orders for all industrial resources needed for the construction and operation of NWS requirements, including facility construction and construction materials, production and construction equipment as defined in the DPAS regulation, and items to be used for the manufacturing of production equipment.
