AMD0008(actually AMD0007)- Provide Drawings and Specs and extend the proposal due date to 24 July 2026.AMD0007- to take off subcontractor costs, the proposal shall contain a minimum of three competitive subcontractor quotes, the quote that was chosen and why it represents the best value to the Government. Proposal shall also contain a complete breakout of material, labor, and other direct or indirect costs required to complete the specific item, extend the proposal due date from 12 June 2026 to 10 July 2026, and invites for a second site visit. The Site visit has been scheduled for - 10 June 2026 from 0900 -1200. Bus will leave from Museum of Aviation at 0900 and site visit will begin at 0930.Contractors will meet at the Museum of Aviation parking lot near the front. A bus will be provided to transport visitors to the project site. Individuals who already possess base and flightline access may meet at Building 110.Museum of Aviation address-1942 Heritage Blvd Robins AFB, GA 31098Contractors interested in attending the site visit need to email Alexis Stephens [email protected] completed Badge Request Memo Template with all attendee information no later than 5 June 2026. The Badge Request Memo Template and Authorized Secondary Forms of Identification are uploaded as attachments on the PIEE solicitation. The Government cannot guarantee that requests sent after 5 June 2026 will be processed in time to allow access to site. Contractors shall provide a list of names of all individuals who do not have flightline access and will be riding the bus. This list will be used to coordinate with flightline security.
