The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FPP), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Nuclear Medicine Physician Services for PVAHCS.
The Contractor shall provide Board Certified /Board Eligible Nuclear Medicine Physician Services on-site for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the PVAHCS.
The VA Radiology Services follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR).
A contractor providing onsite Nuclear Medicine Physician services shall provide services that meet or exceed the American College of Radiology Guidelines as well as maintain eligibility as an Authorized User (AU) for radiopharmaceuticals under 10 CFR 35 parts 100/200/300, (https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf).
The contractor shall be available Monday through Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM on an as needed basis.
The period of performance for this effort will be a base period of 6 (six) months plus 6-month option period.
