The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for nonpersonal Hospitalist Services in support of Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Phoenix, Arizona.
The Contractor shall provide qualified Hospitalist physicians to furnish inpatient medical services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This acquisition is conducted using the commercial services procedures of FAR Part 12, as supplemented by applicable HHSAR provisions, the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. § 47), HHSAR Subpart 326.6, and applicable HHS Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) class deviations.
The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price commercial services contract resulting from this solicitation.
However, the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if determined by the Contracting Officer to be in the Government's best interest.
Award will be made using a comparative evaluation of quotations.
This solicitation is restricted to eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).
A.2 Place of Performance Services shall be performed at: Phoenix Indian Medical Center 4212 North 16th Street Phoenix, Arizona 85016 A.3 Period of Performance Base Year - January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027 Option Year 1 - January 1, 2028 – December 31, 2028 Option Year 2 - January 1, 2029 – December 31, 2029 Option Year 3 - January 1, 2030 – December 31, 2030 Option Year 4 - January 1, 2031 – December 31, 2031 The Government may exercise option periods in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract.
