On July 27, 2026, amendment 0001 to solicitation 1240BH26Q0028 - GAOA South Park Office Rehab in Pike National Forest has been posted to SAM.gov and accomplished the following: 1.
Post responses to the questions received labeled "A7 RFI QA 127EAX26Q0029." 2.
Post site visit sign in sheet labeled “C05b Site Visit Sign In Sheet 1240BH26Q0028.” This SF30 must be acknowledged and submitted with quotes. ************************************************************************************************************************************************** Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery for the following: 1.
Remove and install new standing seam metal roof; including underlayment, ridge vent, flashing, drip edge, roof curbs, crickets, gutters, and downspouts.
2.
Install roof, valley, gutter, and downspout ice/snow melt system including electrical circuits.
3.
Interior and exterior modifications including remove carpet and install carpet tiles, replace stained and damaged acoustical panels and ceiling tiles, and seal windows.
Also, install new insulation in the areas where the ceiling is dropped.
4.
Install additional communication outlets and electrical for telecom.
5.
Install chain link fence, personnel gate, motorized gate, and associated electrical and safeties.
