The 138 FW/MSC intends to issue a solicitation on/about 4 August 2026 to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for services, nonpersonal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repair of restrooms at 138 FW Tulsa Air National Guard, Tulsa Oklahoma.

The work will consist of demolition, plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, drywall work, doors, and partitions.

The contract duration is 45 days after notice to proceed.

This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
