Scope
The County of Volusia Division of Corrections is upgrading the detention controls, security surveillance, and access control systems at the Correctional Facility and the Branch Jail. The Engineer of Record is TLC. A Certified Security System Integrator (CSSI) Company will be hired by the County to implement design and construction based upon Engineer of Record (EOR) construction documents. With this Request for Statement of Qualifications, the County of Volusia is seeking the services of a Florida Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, specialized in CSSI at correctional facilities, to provide RPR (resident project representative) services for the duration of the construction contract.
