Scope
The County of San Mateo seeks a qualified consultant to provide strategic advisory, research, program design, stakeholder engagement, and implementation planning services in support of the County’s workforce and economic mobility initiatives. As detailed further below, the selected consultant will support the development of (1) the Workforce Entry & Economic Growth Initiative; (2) the County Job Center; and (3) the County’s Childcare Initiative, including employer engagement strategies and implementation recommendations for each of these initiatives.
