Scope
INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) | This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Commercial Rotary Cutters on an as needed, if needed basis to the Missouri Highways and Transportation (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein.
The contract period will be from the contract award date through two (2) years, with three (3) optional one-year renewal periods.
MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.
If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you should notify the buyer of record, Ashten Nichols, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date.
MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
