Scope

Seeking information from interested Contractors for market research purposes regarding the availability and capability of Contractors to provide various compressed gases, cryogenic fluids, and related services for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah.

The OO-ALC requires a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the delivery of various process gases to various areas on base.

These gases and cryogenic fluids are critical for supporting calibrations, equipment testing, various industrial workload processes, and laboratory testing for all weapon systems maintained or repaired at Hill AFB.

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and transportation to perform on-call delivery, bulk refill, microbulk tank refills, and exchange of gas cylinders as listed in Appendix B of the Statement of Work.

In general, the requirement encompasses the furnishing of various industrial and specialty process gases (to include, but not limited to, high-purity and ultra-high-purity gases commonly used in industrial, laboratory, and manufacturing processes), associated cylinders or containers, delivery services, cylinder management, and related support services as further defined in the Statement of Work.

Please review the sources sought document attached and provide the information requested therein in your response.

See the attached Statement of Work and list of gases to understand the requirement.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
