Scope
This is a Pre-Solicitation notice in which NIWC Atlantic, Charleston, SC intends to issue RFP N6523627R0004 for Cryptographic - Cryptologic (Crypto) and Key Management (KM) Systems Engineering and In Service Engineering Activity (ISEA).
The estimated release date for the formal RFP is December 2026.
A VIRTUAL Pre-Solicitation Conference via Microsoft Teams (link provided below) is scheduled to take place Wednesday, 18 November 2026, at 10:00am (EST).
Please submit any questions prior to the event to [email protected] and [email protected] by Friday, 13 November 2026 12:00PM (EST).
Answers to advanced questions will be addressed during the live event.
