Scope

Solicitation 1240BD27Q0006 is hereby amended via Amendment 0001 to clarify domestic sourcing requirements and extend the closing date.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide critical clarifications regarding the Buy American Act (BAA) requirements for CLIN 0002 (All-Season Track Set) and to formally extend the response deadline.

Key Changes and Clarifications: Domestic Origin Requirement (BAA): Both the Utility Task Vehicle (CLIN 0001) and the Track Set (CLIN 0002) must qualify as domestic end products manufactured in the United States.

Brand Name / Visual Reference Clarification: Any references or images featuring foreign-manufactured brands (such as Camso) in the original solicitation were for illustrative performance benchmarking purposes only.

Proposing foreign-manufactured track systems does not comply with federal sourcing restrictions.

Offerors must propose an American-made equivalent.

Closing Date Extension: Original Closing Date: October 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM PDT Revised Closing Date: November 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM PST Instructions to Offerors: Active offerors who previously submitted proposals are permitted to submit revised packages substituting non-compliant components with domestic equivalents.

Revised offers must explicitly specify the manufacturer name and manufacturing facility location for both items.

A signed copy of the SF-30 (Amendment 0001) must be included as Page 1 of the revised quotation package.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Please review the attached SF-30 document for full details.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
