The following questions Were asked and below are there responses.

Many questions were similar in nature and are thus being grouped together as they all have the same answer which is providing below.

Question 1: Is this tender coming back to life?

I am asking because one of my customers just reached out to me to quote this to them.

Then I thought I should look to see if it was posted on Sam’s.

I see that it is and you are the person of contact but it shows as inactive.

Clarification to Question 1: The SAM Number is N6449826Q52480004.

That is the notice ID on SAM.GOV.

I do not know what you mean by solicitation number.

Response to Clarification Request to Question 1: I will be providing a quote for this.

Can you confirm if a quote is all that is required at this time or do you require us to complete these forms?

Answer to Response to Clarification Request to Question 1: You need to complete the form 1449 and follow all the requirements laid out in Section C (Statement of Work) and more specifically Section 3.0 REQUIREMENTS.

Question 2: This morning I reviewed SAM & PIEE to see if the answers to questions were posted, but I am not yet seeing them.

In the interim, we have been preparing our quote with the information provided and look forward...

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
