Scope

The San Mateo County Department of Housing (DOH) is seeking qualified consultants to provide DOH with financial analyses, compliance monitoring, training, and project management support in connection with affordable housing development projects funded by the County’s loan programs with local, state, and federal housing funds. The County’s Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) are released twice per year, each requiring analysis of applications received. The selected consultants would supplement staff review of proposed projects and provide added expertise in affordable housing finance to the County’s review process, compliance monitoring for selected projects, pro forma training for staff, and project management support.
