What this contract is for

This requirement is for painting interior surfaces and upgrade lighting in office space and two vehicle workshops. Preparatory work will include repairing walls, sanding, and priming. Approximately 2,000 square feet of office space, and 5,500 square feet of production areas will be painted. The contractor will not be responsible for moving furniture nor equipment, but they must ensure it is protected. The contractor will also be responsible for replacing all interior incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: [email protected]; [email protected] A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 24 June at 0900 PDT. The designated rally point will be the west gate visitor parking lot. Parking space is limited therefore carpooling is strongly advised. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form. Complete all fields under the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR/VISITOR INFORMATION section consisting of attendee names, citizenship, and DBIDS code (6-digit code). The base access form must be provided before the site visit. Refer to Attachment, Base Access Request, for additional instructions. Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to solicitation response deadline. The site visit is not mandatory but strongly recommended.
