What this contract is for
Interior renovation of a 2,997 square foot facility, consisting of five sub-tasks: A. Paint: Correct deficiencies in the walls, if any; and repaint 5,078 approximately sq ft. B. Mirror Installation: furnish and secure mirrors to walls. Approximately 2,214 sq ft. C. Flooring: prepare, seal, and level concrete; raise existing floor drains to be flush with the floor. Install athletic mats to cover approx. 2,592 sq ft. D. Electrical and Lighting: Replace 33 existing fluorescent lights with LED fixtures. Replace 10 ceiling fans with 10 fans containing LED lighting. E. Install a one-way backflow prevention valve on exterior drain. Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a women-owned small business set-aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: [email protected]; [email protected] The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 23 June at 0900 PDT. The designated rally point will be the west gate visitor parking lot. Parking space is limited therefore carpooling is strongly advised. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form. Complete all fields under the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR/VISITOR INFORMATION section consisting of attendee names, citizenship, and DBIDS code (6-digit code).
