The Indian Health Service (IHS), Great Plains Area, is soliciting proposals for Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), non-personal Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) healthcare services at Rosebud IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota.
This requirement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) under NAICS 561320, Temporary Help Services.
The Contractor shall provide qualified CNM personnel sufficient to support two (2) full-time CNM positions providing outpatient obstetric, gynecological, prenatal, postpartum, family planning, and women’s primary care services, as well as obstetric emergency on-call coverage for the Emergency Department.
The anticipated contract will use a Firm-Fixed-Price, Month-of-Service (MOS) pricing structure.

Services will be performed primarily at Rosebud IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota.
Standard outpatient clinic hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The requirement also includes shared 24-hour-per-day, 7-day-per-week CNM on-call availability for obstetric emergencies during non-clinic hours.

How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
