***AMENDMENT 0001: A new COMBO is added to the attachments and changes are made to the price evaluation factors.
Cannon AFB is looking to acquire two (2) Lochinvar water boilers Model #AWH0500NPM 100 maximum BTU 500,000 fuel source: Natural gas.
This boiler is needed to replace the current Lochinvar commercial boiler.
All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.Gov) database to be awarded a DOD contract.
The product service code for this is 4520 - Space and Water Heating Equipment and the NAICS for this action is 333414 - Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces).
This is a one time, brand name purchase for two (2) boilers, please see the attachments for detailed characteristics and specific documentation.
