Scope
Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement to Playaway Products LLC. for the Interactive Launchpad Quest. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Playaway Products LLC. to sell these products/services to the County.
