Scope
San Benito County ("County") is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide a reliable, timely, and cost-effective supply of Caltrans Compliant Cold-Mix Asphalt for Road Maintenance and repair projects. The County anticipates purchasing substantial quantities on a recurring monthly basis, with additional deliveries made as needed based on project schedules, emergency repairs, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
