Scope
The City of Aurora is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing air-handling unit and condensing unit at the Aurora 25 Transportation Center. The Work shall include the removal and proper disposal of the existing equipment and the furnishing, installation, connection, testing, and startup of the new equipment, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and fully operational HVAC system in accordance with the Bid Specifications.
