Scope
*** Amendment 0003*** 26 October 2026, The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the closing date of this solicitation from 28-Oct-2026 at 2:00 PM PDT to 09-Nov-2027 at 2:00 PM PST and to post an attachment with the Governments responses to some of the submitted RFIs.
The government is working through some of the submitted RFIs and will post a final amendment with answers to these at a later date.
With this amendment there are now thirteen (13) total attachments for this solicitation.
