The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Hood, Texas, is conducting market research to identify qualified Small Business firms capable of performing paving and horizontal construction services under a proposed Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a magnitude between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. This requirement will support recurring and non-recurring paving needs for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) across Fort Hood. 2.
