A separate written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation 83310126Q0049 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The provisions and clauses incorporated in this solicitation are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as of the date of issuance and are included in the attached SF 1449.
