The Government requests competitive quotes for Monitoring, Reporting, Maintenance and Testing Of Intrusion and Security Alarm Systems for Salem Maritime National Historic Site (SAMA) and Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site (SAIR).

Refer to attached Scope of Work for additional details.

AMENDMENT 0001: Site Visit: The clause 52.237-1 Site Visit will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.

Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 9:30 AM ET.

All interested parties shall meet at Salem Maritime National Historic Site, 176 Derby Street, Salem, MA 01970.

Attendees shall visit each of the buildings at Salem Maritime National Historic Site, then travel to Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site to visit the buildings at that location.

The Government shall not provide transportation from one site to another.

Total site visit, including transportation time, is anticipated to take 3-4 hours.
