NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name Only requirement for Vindicator Maintenance, as defined in the Performance Work Statement dated 22 July 2026.
The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, parts, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision as necessary.
Additional details are provided in the attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation.
The anticipated Period of Performance for this contract will start 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2025 at Otis Air National Guard Base, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542.
All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency.
