This notice is issued solely for advance planning and to provide the construction industry with early visibility into upcoming requirements. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) anticipates a forthcoming solicitation for design-build (DB) construction services for the National Security Agency-Utah (NSA-U) Consolidation Mission Facility (CMF) at Camp Williams, Utah. Draft solicitation and requirements documents are being posted to allow potential Offerors time to familiarize themselves with the anticipated scope of work prior to issuance of the solicitation. PROJECT SCOPE: The proposed construction project includes, but is not limited to all design and construction services requirement to build new mission and support facilities at the NSA-U campus, including: • A multi-story, secure Mission Facility built to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards. • An unclassified Commons Facility to provide workforce support amenities and mission-support functions. • A structured parking facility and new Vehicle Control Point (VCP). • All required supporting facilities, site work, environmental measures, and infrastructure.
