Town of Queen Creek - CIP Queen Creek, AZ

  • Status Closes in 46 days
  • Amount Amount not listed
  • Set-aside None (open competition)

Scope

The Town of Queen Creek, Arizona (Town) is engaged in long-term planning to develop a treatment facility to manage both municipal and industrial wastewater. Over the last several years, the Town has been working with LG Energy Solution (LGES) to develop a new manufacturing facility and to account for anticipated population growth over the next 20 years. To better align wastewater treatment and local water resource needs, the Town is interested in developing a new, local wastewater treatment facility. The primary goal of the project is to recycle wastewater to minimize potable water consumption and reliance on groundwater. Additionally, development by the Arizona State land Department (ASLD) may include future industrial wastewater sources, providing an opportunity for process water recycling to further drive growth and reduce reliance on traditional potable water sources. This project will focus on planning elements for the Town’s treatment facility including design and eventual construction of the first phase which is inclusive of the Advanced Treatment Facility (ATF) dedicated to industrial wastewater from the LGES manufacturing facility.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
