COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N26QA105 Minto Fish Facility Supply Water Pump and Motor Detroit Dam Mill City, OR, 97360. U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 7 July 2026 This solicitation is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA105 is for the purchase of one (1) vertical turbine pump, one (1) pump motor, and three (3) Thermistors for pump motor for Minto Fish Collection Facility at Detroit Dam, Mill City OR, 97360. The pump and motors will serve as spares for the facility in case of emergency. This requirement is being solicited on a brand name only basis. In order to ensure the operation of the facility in case of emergency, these parts MUST match the existing parts in use at the facility. Please see the attached Purchase Description for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333914 – Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees.
