This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.(1) Description(i) Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East has an upcoming single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work items. The scope of work, subject to change, includes the following services at Commander Fleet Activities (CFA) Yokosuka, Japan: Annex 15 Facility Support 1502000 Facility Investment Annex 16 Utilities 1604000 Wastewater* The Finalized Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. (ii) Not Applicable. The proposed action is not greater than $25,000 but less than SAT, or using special simplified procedures. (iii) Not Applicable. This requirement is not covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WPO GPA) and/or Free Trade Agreement (FTA).(iv) Not Applicable. Available technical data will be provided as part of the solicitation. (v) Not Applicable. This requirement is not for construction.(vi) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered. (vii) Not Applicable.
