The scope of work, subject to change, includes the following services at Commander Fleet Activities (CFA) Yokosuka, Japan: Annex 15 Facility Support 1502000 Facility Investment Annex 16 Utilities 1604000 Wastewater* The Finalized Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. (ii) Not Applicable. The proposed action is not greater than $25,000 but less than SAT, or using special simplified procedures. (iii) Not Applicable. This requirement is not covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WPO GPA) and/or Free Trade Agreement (FTA).(iv) Not Applicable. Available technical data will be provided as part of the solicitation. (v) Not Applicable.
