Scope
The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide additional instructions for submitting multiple quotations, clarify the Government's evaluation process of quotations, and to add additional Q&A within updated Questions and Answers document 0001.
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update techncial specifications.
