SYNOPSIS: #N68335-26-Q-1204 Aircraft Pressurized Cabin Leakage Tester (APCLT) Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division - F/A-18F and EA-18G Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Program The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hydraulics International, Inc. (CAGE: 56529) for the Aircraft Pressurized Cabin Leakage Tester (APCLT) in support of the NAWCAD F/A-18F and EA-18G Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Program.
This order will procure one (1) APCLT (Part Number (P/N): 4129AS0100-1, National Stock Number (NSN): 4920-01-658-2036).
The APCLT is required to check aircraft pressurized cabins and canopy seals for leaks and for the ability to control aircraft cabin pressure.
The pneumatic cabin pressure leakage tester will provide the means to meet the requirement and is required by the RAAF.

Hydraulics International, Inc., as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the APCLT, is the only source with the requisite knowledge, technical experience, and production-level data to produce these components.
The components being procured are integral to check aircraft pressurized cabins and canopy seals for leaks and for the ability to control aircraft cabin pressure and are critical to maintaining operational readiness.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
