Northshore School District seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Progressive Design-Build (PDB) teams for its district-wide Seismic Retrofit Project.
Selection will follow the RCW 39.10 PDB process.
Submit responses electronically through the Bonfire portal only; hard copies will not be accepted.
