Solicitation 274-2026-Northern-BRT.
The purpose of this solicitation is for the City of Raleigh Transportation Department to secure professional engineering consulting services for Wake Transit Plan Bus Rapid Transit design (30%) for two identified corridors — Midtown and Capital — and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) study, with options for contract extension through final design (100%) or continuation into an alternative construction delivery method.
