Scope
Yuba County through its Health and Human Services Department, is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified contractors to provide Continuous Quality Improvement, program evaluation, strategic planning, and data analytics services in support of the County’s second CalWORKs Outcome and Accountability Review (Cal-OAR) Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) cycle.
