Scope
The City of Rock Hill will receive submissions for the Project Title until Proposal Submission Time on Proposal Submission Date . Bidders shall be SCDOT prequalified prior to receiving bid documents and plans. Contractor shall provide proof of qualification to Campco Engineering, Inc. when requesting bid documents and plans.
