  • Status Closes in 16 days
  • Amount Amount not listed
  • Set-aside None (open competition)

Scope

The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to refresh and modernize its Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Network Video Recorder (NVR) compute infrastructure across five primary facilities: City Hall Civic Center, Sports Park, Skate Park, Heroes Park, and El Toro Park . The primary scope entails conducting mandatory site assessments to evaluate physical enclosure constraints, procuring and deploying brand-new, enterprise-grade hardware (no refurbished units allowed) across four sites, transitioning operating systems from Windows 10 Pro to approved enterprise editions, and upgrading the existing Dell PowerEdge R7460XS at the Sports Park to 64GB of ECC RDIMM memory . Additionally, the selected vendor will be responsible for upgrading the City's video management platform from Milestone XProtect 2019 R1 to the latest enterprise release using City-procured licensing, seamlessly migrating approximately 125 camera feeds without modifying camera-side IP configurations.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
