Scope

Collin College is seeking qualified proposals for the Frisco Library Roof Replacement Project. The project includes the installation of a TPO roofing membrane on designated low-slope roof areas and a standing seam metal roofing system on sloped roof sections. Each roofing system is selected to meet the specific requirements of the building while providing reliable protection against rain, wind, UV exposure, and other environmental conditions. Upon completion, the project will deliver a dependable and aesthetically appealing roofing solution that supports the building's structural protection and long-term operational efficiency. Quality control inspections will be conducted throughout the installation process to verify compliance with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes. How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
