Scope
The project, located at 220 South Main Street in Gainesville, Florida, will consist of new office space for the Civil Sheriff's Office within the New Court Complex Parking Garage. The space will be approximately 3000 sf, and will include the following: Secure reception and entry, four (4) private offices, open office area for five to seven employees, conference room for up to sixteen people, break room, storage for office supplies, IT closet, water cooler with bottle filler, two (2) restrooms and deputies' touch-down space with two to four stations.
