Scope
The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Project Title , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for Wicomico County to contract on behalf of the Department of Public Works to perform professional engineering services for a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to evaluate the Fruitland Sewer Extension Project, in conformity with the requirements contained herein ("Proposal Document(s)").
