Action and Classification Solicitation Number: FA665626B0002 Project Title: ZQEL 19-0016 - MAINTAIN/REPAIR/CONSTRUCT VARIOUS ROOM RENOVATIONS AT BUILDING 305 MX COMMANDER OFFICES Issuing Agency: 910th Airlift Wing (AFRC), Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Set-Aside: This acquisition is anticipated to be a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The awardee must be HUBZone certified at time of award. 2. Project Description The 910th Airlift Wing has a requirement for the renovation of a portion of Building 305; Aircraft Maintenance Hanger Remodel of Commander's Suite Area, and portion of hallway leading to commander's suite. The designated contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work as specified. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Remove existing walls, doors and drop ceiling from room 248- 249. Remove electrical within interior walls, relocate too new wall. Remove carpeting from 246-247-248-249. Install new walls as per plan. All walls to be painted, new vinyl base cove to be installed. Hallway base cove to be 6” (Wedgewood Blue). Remove and Replace doors with solid cherry finish, existing hardware to be reused and kick plates to be replaced. From existing doors to be installed on new doors. Metal Jambs to be painted. Install 6’ x 4’ picture windows as shown. Existing Duct Work in Hanger to be rerouted as shown. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
