Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the RFQ FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the repair and upgrade of the 187th Fighter Wing's exit gate. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The attached clause listing is current through FAC 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. Line-Item Number(s) and Items, Quantities, and Units of Measure: CLIN Description Quantity Unit 0001 Main Exit Gate Modification and Repair 1 Job Description of Requirements: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the modification and repair of the main exit gate at the 187th Fighter Wing located at 5187 Selma Highway, Montgomery, AL 36109. Main gate is located off of old Hayneville Road at the west end of the airport property. The scope of work includes: Gate and Support Structure Repair: Removal of the main exit gate. Excavation and pouring of a 36-foot-long concrete flume. Installation of nine (9) new lower sealed bearing support rollers. Removal of the existing side-mounted aluminum track and installation of a new center-mounted C-track. Realignment of the existing gate post in a new 4000 PSI concrete footing.
