What this contract is for
Project Title: SVC Hazardous Waste Disposal for the Hawaii Air National Guard This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for commercial Supplies is prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation for a multiple award 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement and the Government intends to award up to four (4) agreements; however, reserves the right to fewer, or none, based on quotations received. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. There is no minimum guarantee of work. There is no minimum BPA Call value. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 562112, “Hazardous Waste Collection” with a size standard in millions of dollars - $47M. Please see the attached SF 1449, SCA Wage Determination, Work Experience, and Performance Work Statement for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, unit of measure, Delivery dates, provisions and clauses applicable to this requirement, and other supplemental information to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete the following blocks on page one (1) of SF 1449: 12. Discount Terms; 17a. Contractor/Offeror (CAGE code); and blocks 30a through 30c. solicitation. Provide pricing per unit pricing using Attachment 5 "Estimated Workload Data Price List".
