LIRI EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIR FY 26 Little River Canyon National Reserve Roof Replacement ¿ Maintenance Area Gym The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of Little River Canyon National Reserve.

It is the intent of this service contract provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace deteriorated ribbed metal roofing on the maintenance area gym building within the maintenance compound at Little River Canyon National Preserve.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.

This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. **A site visit is scheduled for July 30th 2026, at 10:00AM CT.
